It was September 1952 when grandfather Eustachio Dell'Acqua decided to combine the family's traditional agricultural activity with milling.

In fact, he took over a share of an existing mill and entrusted its management to his son Tommaso who, with commitment and passion, worked for its growth until purchasing the entire property together with his brothers Francesco and Giovanni.

In the milling industry, the three Dell'Acqua brothers saw the opportunity to complete the finished product chain to bring the work of the fields to the tables of consumers: from sowing to wheat and from flour to bread, to desserts, to baked goods. .

Thus was born a new technologically advanced durum and soft wheat plant, capable of making the goodness of Molino Dell'Acqua's products tangible, competing on national and international markets with the quality of the best wheats of Basilicata and Puglia, having been equipped with decorticator and fiber optic sorter.

For years, the company has also transformed the prestigious "Senatore Cappelli" durum wheat, grown in the Lucanian supply chain, and has "BIO" certifications from the purchase and storage to the processing of durum and soft wheat.

The recent history is therefore that of a modern entrepreneurial reality, in continuous evolution, led by the new generation: Dell'Acqua Giovanni, Calvello Gerardo and Dell'Acqua Eustachio.
