the shipping cost to Italy is equal to €6.90 except for Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, smaller islands and disadvantaged areas, for purchases exceeding €39.00 shipping is always free;
the shipping cost for Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, smaller islands and disadvantaged areas is equal to €9.90 , for purchases of products over €39.00 shipping is always free;
the shipping cost for Livigno is equal to €31.90
the shipping cost for the Province of Matera is free, except for the following municipalities:
Aliano; Calciano; Cirigliano; Colobraro; Craco; Garaguso; Gurgling; Irsina; Lucanian Olive Grove; Roundabout; San Giorgio Lucano; Tursi; Valsinni, the shipping price for these municipalities is equal to €6.90
"EXPRESS SHIPPING" Delivery within 24 hours for orders placed by 12:00 from MONDAY to FRIDAY - €15.00 (EXTRA ADDITIONAL COSTS - WHICH VOID THE FREE SHIPPING).
Packaging :
we pay a lot of attention to packaging, taking care of every phase, keeping in mind the issue of environmental sustainability, we use materials suitable for transport in order to best protect the products ordered, all orders will be prepared using mostly recycled paper, paying close attention to do not jeopardize the integrity of the same, subsequently the goods will be placed in double corrugated cartons suitable for transport and sealed with personalized anti-burglary tape in order to avoid theft and/or tampering;
Shipping of fresh products:
the freshness and quality of our products is fundamental for us and this is why we always source the latest productions; the products are stored at the logistics warehouse in the appropriate cold room, from which they are taken and assembled for shipment to the end customer, we use cold accumulators during the hot season in order to maintain a favorable environment and not to alter the same products during transport;
Order management and shipments:
orders will be prepared following the order confirmation email within 24/48 hours from Monday to Friday excluding public holidays, following the preparation of the order, the tracking number will be forwarded to the email indicated by the customer during the purchase phase; in order to guarantee the quality of only the products stored in the cell, we recommend making the purchase in the first days of the week (maximum Wednesday) thus avoiding the weekend, as the goods would remain kept in the couriers' warehouses, transit times of standard shipments are estimated in the 24/48 hours following departure, only on some routes such as smaller islands and remote areas, transit times of up to 72 hours could be recorded, all this being said net of peak periods such as end holidays year, sudden strikes and/or any other event that could indirectly affect the work of the couriers.
