Our company came to life in 2006 when, after years of studies and research conducted in the area, we decided to take back the ancient tradition of the pasta makers of our town, Stigliano, bringing its ancient glory back to light.

Thus the "Fattincasa" pasta factory was born and with it the now famous "Pasta di Stigliano".

We are today able to offer high quality pasta, thanks above all to the excellent collaborations, all from Basilicata, which we have made use of over the years.

Each of them has provided an important contribution to our business, suggesting the best production techniques.

Fattincasa is the result of careful work to recover the techniques and knowledge of ancient pasta makers.

It is the realization of a dream: reviving the pasta tradition that has always represented the excellence of our territory.
