Description
Red, warm and enveloping like the wonderful colors that fade the sky above our eyes every evening at sunset. Sunset is synonymous with calm, quiet and serenity after a long day of work in the fields and is often accompanied by a heartfelt sigh. Intense, complex and fine. With an aromatic and fruity character, it has notes of black cherry, blackberry and pepper. The herbaceous/spicy part is well integrated with hints of red pepper and rosemary. On the palate it is dry, warm and medium soft with sustained acidity. Notes of ripe red fruit followed by a pleasant aromatic character. Light hints of toasted hazelnut accompanied by fresh notes of bell pepper and red pepper. Overall robust, with good flavor and persistence on the finish.
