Straw yellow wine with golden reflections, intense and fruity bouquet with a frank and pleasantly acidic flavour. It is obtained from the vinification of native grapes of the white di gerace variety, coming from vineyards managed directly by the property. Not particularly suitable for storage for a period exceeding 1 year. All Mediterranean cuisine with particular attention to risottos and fish soups, shellfish and mussels.
It is recommended to serve the wine very cold in a strong and thin crystal glass.
