Traditional Lucanian sausage ideal for appetizers and platters, to be eaten raw, preferably opening the package about 30 minutes before consumption. The sausage is matured for 25/30 days and is handcrafted with selected pork raised outdoors. Slightly spicy taste due to the addition of Senise PGI chili pepper.
