bright, crystalline in appearance, with a beautiful straw yellow color with greenish nuances

Olfactory test:

It is quite intense, has a nice vegetal impact of elderberry and offers aromas characterized by the sweet tones of white pulp fruit

Taste test:

Dry, quite warm, quite soft and well supported by good acidity, the flavor is appreciable. On the palate it expands with a calm progression that shows off its structure

Pairings:

It goes well with both fish and white meat dishes, also excellent as an aperitif (served at a temperature of 5° - 6° C)

Service temperature:

To be served at 10° - 12° C in tulip glasses for white wines
