The characteristic sweet aromas of this ancient aromatic vine, re-proposed by Carlo and Giuseppe in the bottle of Nettare...d'Uva with the sole aim of making it well balanced. The result? We gladly share it with you: lavender, violet and rose alternate with sweet and inebriating hints of overripe fruit, plum and jam. On the palate it is never cloying and fully confirms the nose, even in its sweetness. It is fresh and elegant, well structured and with gentle tannins. It is precisely for this set of dancing balances that we dare to propose it both with a ricotta tart and... with a succulent grilled rib eye.

Tasting

Tasting notes: On the palate it is delicious, with a measured and pleasant sweetness, mitigated by its gentle tannin. Fresh, with hints of red fruit, dried plum, plum and a hint of cherry accompanied by a floral touch of violet and rose.

Food pairings: To be paired with dry pastries, ricotta tart and hard cheeses. Dare to try a grilled fillet steak.
