In the south of Lucania, close to the Pollino National Park, a ruby red wine is produced, characterized by a lively fruity aroma and a pleasantly dry taste, obtained from the Sangiovese grape varieties (minimum 60%), Cabernet Sauvignon, Malvasia Nera from Basilicata and Montepulciano. Serve at 16°C-18°C.
Any residue on the bottom is an indication of the genuineness of the product.
