Harvest period:

Harvest method: Manual harvesting of the grapes in boxes, soft pressing of the same and fermentation in steel winemakers with temperature control at around 14° C until the sugars are exhausted. To maintain the freshness of the aromas, malolactic fermentation is avoided

Aging: In stainless steel tanks

Visual examination: Straw yellow color with golden reflections.

Olfactory examination: Intense and complex aromatic floral and fruity notes, rich and balanced on the palate.

Taste test: It evokes pleasant and harmonious sensations of flavor and freshness.

Pairings: Enhances its characteristics with light appetizers and fish and shellfish dishes.
