Chianche are a sweet baked product, traditional Matera dairy biscuits, prepared by hand and only with selected high quality ingredients.

Ingredients: 00 flour, whole eggs, granulated sugar, extra virgin olive oil, whole milk, ammonia, lemon juice.

Flavourings: grated lemon peel, vanilla pods (bourbon).
Contains gluten, may contain traces of nuts, milk and derivatives, sesame seeds.

Packaging: 400 grams of Chianche traditional dairy biscuits from Matera, to be stored in a cool, dry place.
