CANARY BEAN

Spontaneous pollination of the greenery that took place on the farm is a dwarf bean
with a round-ovoid seed and an unmistakable more or less bright green colour
intense depending on the cultivation area, highly appreciated for the delicacy of the
taste and for the particularly tender skin.

In cooking it is recommended with pasta or
rice, but it is also delicious in soups, as a side dish to meat, fish or vegetables.
