Scaldatelle with fennel or Scaldatelle are a savory baked product, they are taralli from the Matera tradition which are prepared by hand and only with selected high quality ingredients.

Ingredients: 00 flour, white wine, extra virgin olive oil, salt, ammonia, fennel seeds, anise seeds.
Contains gluten, may contain traces of nuts, milk and derivatives, sesame seeds.

Packaging: 400 grams, to be stored in a cool, dry place.
