For more than 15 years, the Cantatore family has been producing seasonal fruit and vegetables which they sell directly to the consumer, at a direct sales point.

In recent years the company has combined its agricultural activity with transformation, giving life to Colle di Seta.

The Colle di Seta agricultural company has a processing laboratory suitably equipped for the manipulation of fruit and vegetables grown in the field, aimed at the production of vegetable preserves and semi-preserves.

The revival of the most traditional recipes belonging to the Apulian gastronomic culture is accompanied by research and experimentation aimed at identifying new production techniques and the formulation of new products.

All this, in order to intercept the consumer's sensorial, nutritional and service needs.
