An unusual bitter for a territory to be discovered and told. Pale yellow in colour, Bitter Bianco Matè is a small jewel of balance between high quality botanicals and different production techniques.
The botanicals: juniper berries, gentian root, angelica root, walnut leaves, cypress strobili, basil leaves, lemon peel, grapefruit peel, sichuan pepper.
The production method: cold maceration of botanicals in grain ethyl alcohol, distillation of the infusion with the addition of botanicals in a current of steam.

On the nose, the exotic scents of sichuan pepper combine with citrus and basil leaves. In the background juniper berries and cypress strokes alternate with gentian and angelica root.
In the mouth, the bitter notes typical of traditional Italian bitters given by the abundant presence of gentian, angelica, juniper, cypress and walnut leaves, blend with the freshness of lemon, grapefruit and sichuan pepper to give a drink of great complexity, capable of giving an unusual tasting experience when drunk pure and new nuances in all the great classics of blending.
