Superior quality pasta produced with a "Senatore Cappelli" durum wheat coming from the Matera lands of the Quarto company.

The mixtures are carefully worked to obtain a product with the right consistency; the bronze drawing gives the pasta the necessary roughness for excellent permeability to seasonings; the slow drying allows it to hold well during cooking.
